The morning started out fine and sunny for my visit to the dish near Parkes. All very fascinating. Then coming on for lunch time it started to rain and it was quite heavy rain for a few hours. As a result I travelled on through Dubbo, Coonabarabran and out to the Warrumbungle National Park. Here I decided to just have a rest and do any sightseeing the next morning.
